We have two master bedrooms downstairs, each with its own full bath and large flat screen smart TV.



Upstairs there are two more rooms, one has a queen bed (this room has a railing along one side, and is not walled off from the downstairs) and the other is a fantastic loft room with an arcade style video game system, 2 bunk beds, a giant sectional sofa, and a large flat screen TV with an Apple TV, perfect for a group of kids (or adults)! There is a 3rd full bath upstairs as well.

You have full access to the space. There is also a pool and sauna next door, BBQ on the balcony, spa right outside the garage, arcade game system in the loft, and lots of board games!



We are around if you need us, otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation!



The perfect Mammoth Lakes location!!! A short walk to either Canyon Lodge or The Village. The front door is also just a few steps to the free trolley line that takes you anywhere in Mammoth!



Walking, Biking, Trolley... even ski home if there`s enough snow!



This is our vacation home, so we have stocked it with lots of games, nice appliances, and other things you won`t find in a place that someone is simply renting out. We take great care to keep it clean and well stocked, and we`d appreciate if you could treat it as if it were your own home. Thanks!
