This property is a spacious 1349 sq. ft. that comfortably sleeps 4 people. The open living area, dining area, and kitchen has stylish furnishings and hardwood flooring throughout. The south facing living room is warm, with plenty of natural light from all the windows, and gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The living room has comfortable seating, upgraded TV with Smart features, and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new cabinets, solid stone countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a private in-unit laundry room with upgraded washer/dryer. The dining table has seating for 6. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door, opening to the private porch – perfect for enjoying the scenery, fresh mountain air, and star gazing.
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for extra privacy. The master bedroom offers a king-sized, TV, abundant dressers/closet space for clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom. The remodeled primary bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers an xl twin over queen size bed, TV, and dresser/closet space. This property does NOT include free access to the Snowcreek golf course (seasonal) and/or athletic club. Day passes for both are available for purchase.
