「This was deemed a non smoking room. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. I came to Saratoga because my son had emergency surgery. I was exhausted by the time I got to my room, so I did not request a replacement room. I have stage 4 cancer, so this was very important it was a non smoking room. I was completely uncomfortable and left at 5:30 am. I explained to the agent at the desk and she just said ok. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed.」

「This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down.」

「Kids had a blast at the swimming pool and hot tub. Great location just off the highway.」
