The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Parking was free and on-site. There was coffee/tea/fruit water in the lobby. This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are large and they allow dogs which I really appreciate. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The location is great basically downtown with easy access to beautiful Congress Park.

The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!

Nice not-too-expensive. Right in Downtown Saratoga. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A big plus for me: they are very welcoming to dogs. There is a big park behind the hotel.

Very clean room, staff were great! I couldn’t help but instantly notice the check in area wasn’t the first thing you saw when entering the hotel. There was a beautiful seating area with TVs and great pictures of Saratoga. Made it so inviting and quaint. Will happily book again!!

First time here normally stay at Casino Hotel but was very satisfied. Your staff were excellent especially Connor at the Front Desk . Breakfast was excellent . Only criticism is get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for shuttle . Driver was great but had to maneuver in the snow . Overall rating 0 out of 10.
