The room was clean as is the property, but it's in need of some TLC in spots, at least in the room I had stayed in....mostly in the bathroom. Other than that, the staff, property, and amenities are wonderful here and it is one of my favorite places to stay at when visiting Saratoga.

It was a great hotel! Spacious, nicely furnished, great amenities. The breakfast was delicious and service was friendly and helpful. The best thing was the complementary shuttle to SPAC for a concert when we planned on walking. That was so great because not many hotels offer that! We would definitely stay again.

The best thing about the property is the location. It is convenient to downtown with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The bad is the smell of the room is unbearable. Mold mildew smell covered up with deodorizer. They try to tell you they provide Dove soap but it's just cheap hotel soap put in the containers. Dove soap should get an email about that.

First of all Krys at the front desk was better then excellently. Also Brian was also helpful. They gave us so much good information that made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was very good and included. The double queen room was a bit small but very clean. It had frig, microwave, coffee machine and very hot water for a great shower. Shuttle service was great, but location is only a short walk into town. You can even walk right through Congress park. I will return on my next visit to Saratoga for sure.
