"All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "

"The room was beautifully decorated when we arrived. Housekeeping and evening turn down service kept everything nice and neat ( not that we were messy) The beach access was very close to our room. We enjoy the 4.5ft plunge pool and day bed. Staff were all friendly and responsive to our questions. The place is amazing "

The resort is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, spotless rooms, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of fresh options, and the kids’ pool area was perfect for our little one. "I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "
