「We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. 「What a great find. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We stayed in one of the Cabins and it was prefect. Cabin had all the amenities one would for their stay. 「Views of sheep from conservatory in back (where we spent most of our time) and glorious water views from dining table out front which are not shown in listing but should be! Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. Just a fact on Skye!」

「We only stayed for 3 nights but enjoyed our time. We easily commuted to Skye each day for wonderful hiking, returning to a cozy home by the water. Anna was wonderful, there was an issue with the internet, we didn’t even know was a problem until she reached out with a plan to have it fixed. 「Das Haus ist zauberhaft und durchdacht. Das EG großzügig und Licht durchflutet mit riesiger Küche. Oben 2 Zimmer mit Dachschrägen. Das Zimmer mit dem großen Bett hat ein gefangenes Duschbad mit niedriger (180cm) , schmaler, angeschrägter Zugangstür. Als 2m-Meter-Mann kommt die Duschhöhe ans Limit. 「We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week .」

「Overall, the stay was great! The house was big and the host provided a lot of extra niceties. The only problem we had was inconsistent internet and wifi, but that is to be expected with a rural property.
