A 1 Bedroom / 2 Berth Chalet, set in private & spacious grounds, midway between the Ben Nevis & Glencoe Mountains.
We are a long-established, self-catering accommodation provider in the Fort William & Glen Coe area.
''Glen Nevis' Chalet is located at Inchree Chalets. The Chalet has it's own well-equipped kitchen for self-catering, living room & shower room, with free & reliable WiFi available.
The Chalet is set within 3 acres of grounds in natural woodland., so you are guaranteed peace & space.
Guest have sole use of the accommodation, a detached, private Chalet, with it's own entrance. The Chalet has it's own external patio area with seating, from where you can enjoy the panoramic views overlooking Loch Linnhe & the surrounding mountains.
You don't share any accommodation with other guests, and you can come and go 24 hours a day. (We do just ask that during night-time hours, noise is kept to a minimum out of consideration to any other guests.)
The Chalet exterior is tastefully landscaped with hedges to provide extra privacy, but not to detract from the panoramic mountain & loch views available from the front windows and patio.
Parking is available right outside, and there's a large garden space located directly in front of the Chalet.
There's also a super country pub-restaurant, situated just a 2 minute walk away, where you can get dinner & continental breakfast. (limited opening between November to March)
Inchree is a small & peaceful hamlet, located at the north end of Onich Village. It is set in a stunning rural location, with the Inchree & Glen Righ Forests set immediately behind. From the doorstep you can enjoy easy forest walks on miles of trails which offer panoramic views overlooking Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Mountains.
The Inchree Waterfalls are just a 20 minute walk away. These beautiful waterfalls drop over 40 metres in a series of steps, and are quite spectacular after rainfall. There is an easy path that winds up the side of the 'falls.
The shoreline of Loch Linnhe, an impressive sea loch, is just a 5 minute walk away, along with the Corran Ferry. This inland car ferry crosses the loch at it's narrowest point, the Corran Narrows, and provides access to the beautiful Morven & Ardnamurchan Peninsulas. The ferry runs daily from early morning to 9.30pm, shuttling back & forth constantly. The crossing time is only a few minutes and it is free to walkers & cyclists.
