「One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. 「I like the camper idea but before someone stay in the unit have to make sure everything is perfect! because isn’t cheap.」

「It’s an older property, in the shower, the tub creaked, the door creaked, lots of sounds you can hear during the night. For low budget, it is what you’d expect.」

「Breakfast was good and great to have available. Room was clean but slightly worn, although had modern decor.」

「Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4.」

「The staff was lovely & helpful, however the hotel is run down and needs some updates. Not a comfortable stay. Could be charming, historically aged & cozy - but it misses the mark.」

「We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

「The breakfast could have been better.」

「I was here one 1x night and it was exactly what I needed . Took an uber and slept like a Queen .」

「The rate was good, and the interior was very retro with a few new design elements. I liked it a lot.」

「The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere.」

「Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.」

「It's a simple place with a good bed and shower, which I got. It It's a convenient location from restaurants and markets. The road is busy but I was too tired to be annoyed.」
