「Or previous experiences with this hotel were good. However when we arrived in July 28th at 1:09 am there was a power outage affecting the whole area. We would have liked to receive more notice so we could have either changed our plans or brought lanterns. We could nit recharge our phones to use either. The hotel did give us a small lantern but we really needed two. I guess the pre was no way to notify us according to the manager but I wondered if he could not have contacted us via Expedia.」
