We needed a room for one night in Port Hardy, which has limited options. The location was conveniently in the heart of town, with a restaurant attached. It is not what I would call a destination hotel (despite the price), but the room and a restaurant for a late dinner and early breakfast the next day was exactly what we needed. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was good. This is a very small town!

The interior spaces of the hotel are lovely and comfortable. The bathroom and coffee amenities in the room are nice. The beds are very comfortable. There is a reasonable amount of parking on the property. The food and service in the onsite pub was good and the gift shop had a nice assortment of gifts as well as toiletries you might need. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet at night, and a short walk or drive to other restaurants and services on the main streets of Port Hardy.

Room was excellent, restaurant as well. We did online check-in but it didn’t seem to make things quicker once we arrived. Not sure about the benefit of the on-line process. Other than that our stay was excellent.
