"Unfortunately the bottom suite is greatly affected if guests are staying above. Our Sleep was greatly affected by upper music, although not overly loud. Sound travels thru the floor very easily. Walking around till 2AM with various squeaks in the floor caused a very difficult time sleeping below. Home overall was reasonable but items in the home were all very cheap causing issue. "This house was perfect for 2 families with lots of teens. Plenty of beds and a plus is that each room has a bathroom attached or at least a jack and jill bathroom between two rooms. Garage had a great selection of beach chairs, toys and other things which was great for our group."
