「This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. 「Honest review. The condo we stayed in was very spacious and accommodating to our party of 5 (3 adults, 1 teen 1 kid) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, and dining room. 「Overall, a great stay. A few things that were easily sorted out with the property management. It was noisy early in the morning as there was work being done- this was specifically stated before we booked. Great updated feel to the place, little things could be better, but overall great choice. For the discounted rate- I definitely recommend. Hopefully the lights in the hallway get addressed soon.」

Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. 「My 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren travelled to meet me for an annual family gathering (12 total). This house was perfect... right on the beach with a pool and tennis/pickleball court... with 5 bedrooms. It was meticulously clean and the common areas were very spacious. There is a huge yard space big enough for badminton or volleyball and lots of parking. It is very close to grocery store, banks, gas stations, small restaurants. 」

「My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!」
