Loved the property, pool, fitness center, room everything. Just didn’t remember to bring my room key to the bathroom which was outside the fenced pool space and requires room key to enter. Someone opened the door for me so it was fine. Maybe find a way for folks to use the bathroom without bringing room key.

Check in took a ling time because hotel clerk was untrained and confused - and never entered my email. Dinner reservation time was way behind. I gave up. Shower had zero water pressure, which I didn’t find out until I tried to shower in the morning - too late to change rooms. Hotel clerk in the morning was unable to print my receipt, which held me up getting on the road. Even a Red Roof inn would have a decent shower and be able print my receipt. Too many blunders here at Disney for this price. Never going back.

Disney was amazing. They were cleaning constantly and guests had to wear masks even when outside. I felt extremely safe. We had a great time and our son loved it there.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Beach is not wide but nice. The pool was the draw for my family, the slide was the main attraction. Staff takes all precautionary steps to ensure safety and masks required on property. We traveled in other areas of FL and do not feel protocol was not in practice for pandemic.

Booked with Expedia was not aware every amenity was closed. Restaurants were all booked. Paid over 300 for a deluxe suite which was smaller than most hotel rooms anywhere else. Will stick to Marriott next time and save money!! Was not worth it

This resort is actually much smaller than I expected and is a good 10-20 minute drive from town with restaurants and shopping. The place is sparkling clean but small, including very tight and limited parking under the buildings or lots. In Sept. 2020 they totally closed down the pool area and had dozens of workers putting up barricades and fences. The construction was announced but disappointing to not be able to use this important feature during the tale end of summer when it could have been enjoyed by guests. Room was very clean and cozy with a fridge and microwave. First floor private balcony was nice but when it rained the water would just pool on the balcony and not drain away.

Nicely laid out, very good beach location (though they are working on the dunes at the property & beach access was not as convenient as it would otherwise be) Quiet & an isolated property. Not much in the way of restaurants & nightlife nearby. In short, a great quiet getaway.
