Heated Pool - New Listing-Pool Home- 1/2 block from Beach

This home has been under renovations for two years- all the updates make this home the perfect home for vacation. The open kitchen with passthrough windows; over looking the gorgeous over sized pool- brings the inside outside. The living room has pocket sliders allowing full access to the covered patio with a bistro table for six people and lounging patio furniture around the pool. Make sure you slide through all the photos- this home offers more than words can describe. Walk a 1/2 block to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or 1 block to the river in the opposite direction- note this location offers you the ability to not miss any sunrise or sunset. The primary bedroom offers French doors to the pool and spacious bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom is a studio layout and it has a queen bed, living room and a kitchen. Making the fourth bedroom is perfect for multi-family vacations.

Pool is heated in the winter Oct to May 31st.

Due to City Ordinance we are only allowed total of 4 automobiles, trucks, boats motorcycles and trailers parked in driveway. There is NO garage access

This vacation home was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood and a short stroll to the beach. It was perfect for my family and visiting family. Sleepy Beach Town Vacation

We had a great time in Melbourne Beach! The house is walking distance to the beach for sunrise and the intercoastal for sunsets, a few restaurants, and a nice market. The house was roomy, and the pool was a perfect bonus.

Best kept secret

We hit the lottery with this property! It was the reason for our best vacation ever, such a quiet relaxed neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle , yet close enough to bike or walk to either the ocean or the river.The house was just as listed with a heated pool to boot.Hoping we hit the lottery next year.

Melbourne Beach

The area was very quiet and close to the beach and great restaurants. The house was nice. The property manager was great with communication and answered any questions very promptly. The pool was not heated and although the air temperature was warm the pool water was chilly from the rain from Hurrican Milton. While we were there they delivered a pool heater which I assume will be installed soon. We would stay here again.

So impressed and in love with this home! Very unique, elegant yet simple, and equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation for the whole family!! Perfect for babies and little ones in general. Very clean and not a whole lot for them to get into or hurt themselves on. Great experiences too with the property management team, Janice and Autumn. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to resolve any issues or answer questions if we had any. A storm knocked out power to the ac unit while we were there but they were so quick to respond so to not affect our stay, which was quite the relief considering our trip was in the middle of summer! Will most certainly stay again, and can’t wait for next visit!!
