Brother this has to be the worst experience in my life. I have never seen a hotel this unprofessional. They didn’t even give us the right hotel but instead they took us to another hotel which was across from the hotel we booked. The rooms are dirty and it takes 2 business to get your room cleaned. The bathroom is always wet and needs to be mopped. They have no extra key cards and don’t even know who they let in to the hotels.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel We booked Wahdat Khair Hotel in Makkah for the last 10 days of Ramadan, but it turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. We arrived around noon, only to be told we had no reservation. They claimed they had no system to check. After showing my confirmation and some back and forth, they finally said we had a room—but couldn’t check in until 4pm. We left our bags and went to perform Umrah, returning after midnight. A new set of staff gave us the same runaround, then sent us to another hotel with a room that smelled awful. My kids were visibly uncomfortable. We tried to settle in, but the shower barely worked. I called the agent who sent us to a third hotel in another neighborhood. We had to take a taxi, only to be told we couldn’t check in until 2pm the next day. Frustrated, I contacted Expedia. The hotel lied and said we were offered a room and refused. To prove them wrong, we went back again—only to be told once more that no reservation existed. Expedia eventually moved us to a hotel in Aziziyah, far from the Haram. We stayed one night, then had to find another place ourselves. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. No coordination, no honesty, and no basic hospitality. Do not book Wahdat Khair Hotel unless you want your trip ruined.

L’emplacement de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à l’endroit indiqué sur expédia, j’ai dû appeler pour qu’ils m’envoie l’adresse exacte, arrivée à l’hôtel le personnel à l’accueil a dû appeler quelqu’un d’extérieur pour confirmer la réservation car c’est pas l’hôtel en question qui gère les réservations en ligne.

They are Liers, I had booked two rooms for five adults, when I reached to hotel they said that I do not have booking with them and asked for confirmation, I showed him confirmation then he said since November the hotel is out of business, same time in my presence he received a call from a group to book 60 rooms and he booked 60 room rooms.
