Comfy hotel

We only did a one night stay. Itโ€™s a comfortable hotel and checking in was quick. The staff were friendly, the female spoke good English and also gave us a map of the immediate surroundings showing eateries and the supermarket. The free airport coach is a big bonus.

The hotel had excellent service. I had a 6:50am flight from Kansai and they scheduled a bus ride for me that got me there well ahead of time. The experience was convenient and pleasing.

I booked my stay a few hours beforehand but the staff was ready to greet me with kindness and a clean, peaceful room. There was a free morning shuttle to take me to the KIX airport, which was very helpful. It's easy and convenient to reach this hotel from the airport. Great value for the price!
