「We stayed in the house for two nights. It’s clean, however the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all! It’s very inconvenient. We contacted the service team several times but still not work. No hot water for the first day. No hair dryer.」

「We loved this location, a few minutes' walk to the wonderful Makarora river braidplain. The house is unique: rustic and a little run down. Comfortable enough if you aren't expecting luxury. Some things could use a little updating (i.e. floors and bath fittings) but all this is secondary to the stunning landscape. We enjoyed our 10 days exploring the area--be sure to check out The Craypot fish and chippie at the end of the road over Haast Pass and the Wilkin Jet Boat tours.」

「Fabulous location: view, solitude, local shop a delight. Lighting, heating facilities, comfort all good. Kitchen utensils somewhat over abundant, cluttered.」
