"Everything was fantastic from when we 1st stepped in the hotel. Was greated immediately by a froendly staff, check-in was smooth and easy 5min! Got to our room Everything was in tip top shape and had Everything we needed! Room service went abouve and beyond! My daughter brought 5 stuffed animals and ee came back and they had set them up neatly on the bed when they didnt have to! But it made my daughter's day! Breakfast was great and had something for all 3 of us ! Which alone is a task with a child who is picky and has sensory issues! Thanks for making her 1st hotel stay memorable amd stress free for us! We will be back! "

"Our room was spotless and spacious. Beds were comfortable - not too hard or to high. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose feom, hot and cold. Even had gf muffins which I appreciated. We enjoyed the pool which had a good temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always smiled and said hello and the overall atmosphere if the hotel was inviting and good. The only thing I could suggest, is to have a sign on the exterior of the building to clearly indicate the entrance and office area. All the exterior entrances looked pretty much the same and we werent sure where to enter. "
