「This property is a welcomed addition to the hotel options in Collierville. It is new, spacious and well-appointed inside and out. Staff greet you with courtesy, professionalism and respect. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the amenities. Outside, there are several alcoves with seating to visit and share with friends. Do ask for a room facing away from the rail track. You'll thank me. Breakfast was more than adequate. Coffee was above...

「No microwave」

「I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton for five nights while in Memphis for my mother’s funeral. Overall, an average experience. The young lady at check-in deserves recognition. Despite my prepaid reservation, their new system attempted to authorize an additional $874. She worked diligently to...

「The room and kitchen area was nice and clean, but the bathroom shower had a little mold in it and could be better.」

「Great place! Third stay!」
