「Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. 「Too many rules stuck everywhere in the property. The lady that attended to us was impolite over the phone. Properrty difficult to locate. Need for signposts on the roads close to property.」

「I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed with the limited choice at breakfast. Only cooked breakfast which I don't eat and no cereals, porridge or fruit etc.」

「Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.」
