「Bay Tree is in a quiet location and easy walking distance to Dorchester town. Gary, our host, was excellent, very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was relaxed in a lovely room aroind a table of about 8 settings, perfect to have a morning chat with fellow guests. Nice to chat and get to know new people from different places. The rooms are tastefully furnished and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. Good shower ensuite. Very comfy bed, excellent night's sleep. Quiet house.」

「Hosts were amazing, breakfast choices to suit everyone. No problems with internet access. Room was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. We didn't use public transport but there was plenty of buses and the train station was 5 mins away. Very pleasant five minute walk to town and beach with lots to see on route. 」

「We had a fantastic stay at The Wadham. The B&B is perfectly located in Weymouth just steps away from the bustling Harbour and restaurants/pubs, and a minutes walk from the main shops & esplanade. Ian & Tracie made us very welcome, they helped us with parking with a Residents Permit, and Tracie even came us in the car to help us find a parking space. The rooms are great, with everything you need. Breakfast is 'as required', but as you are are mere steps away from a brilliant cafe choice it makes...
