"The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. "This was the best stay we experienced in Portugal. The staff was so helpful and so sweet. My husband and I watched the world cup game at 1am in the restaurant area and the front desk staff let us, brought ups glasses for our wine, and even let us use up the whole space. It was wonderful. They also assisted with anything we needed. The location is also amazing. Extremely close to everything but far enough to not hear the crowds at night. Very great stay and I would recommend it to anyone."
