"This stay was one of the best we’ve ever had. From the beginning to end, the top of the line facilities, rooms, amenities were flawless as well as the staff. Everything was kept in pristine condition!!! We checked in on our first day with Nicole, and she made us feel so welcome from the start with her bright and hospitable smile! Justin who was by the pool was also awesome!! Everyday he was kind enough to ensure that we had seats by the beach and always was ready to greet each guest with kindness. Shantal who took care of us at the beach and catered to each need. Severino who was bartending in the lobby also amazing!! He was hilarious. Made us laugh and smile.
