"This motel should be shut down. The room was dirty. The shower head was moldy. The room had a chair to sit in but it was so filthy, I wouldn’t allow my dog to sit on it. There was mold on the bathroom walls. The window to the outside had a diagonal crack all the way across. The halls were filthy. The food was old in the breakfast room. WhenI went to get the liquid out of the waffle maker, lots of dry gunk fell out of it. For fruit there was 2 oranges and 1 apple. I wouldn’t even give this motel a 1 star. "
"We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests "
"There was a large amount of visible black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our first room. There was a medium amount of black mold on the ceiling of the second room they put us in. There was no visible mold in the bathroom of the third room, but that is probably because they simply changed out the drop ceiling panels in the shower area. The third room still smelled as moldy as the first two."
"I cannot say enough awful things about the experience with the man who checked me in. Was easily the second worst experience I’ve had. He was dirty, dress shirt untucked and unbuttoned at the bottom, did not welcome us and instead stated “you here to check in?” He didn’t stand up from his chair behind the desk. Every bit of his demeanor was unwelcoming and like he was miserable with his job.
It was not busy when I checked in but was later with several volleyball families arriving due to the large tournament over the weekend. Picture tons of kids everywhere and all wanting to swim. My son and his friends had fun in the pool. However- they had no towels and their dryer was broke.
The TV’s only have live tv and no ability to sign into your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. had I know that it would’ve impacted my decision to bring two boys for a birthday celebration to this establishment. "
