"An amazing stay. Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team. I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best. Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy. All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite. "

"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar."

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"Booked a room with a king bed was put in a room with / single beds"

"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...

"Everything was great - they checked us in quickly and no one rushed us to leave on the check out day. Room service was available till midnight and the area was good enough to come back at night. There was ac and geyser and rooms were cleaned every day. Only issue was that the room was a little stuffy if the ac was not running, and the wallpaper was peeling."

Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions.
