"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. "Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. "The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room.     "Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this place could be improved, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays. "
