「My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. Good value for money」
「ドミトリーを予約したがインド人しかドミトリーは泊まれないから追加料金を払って個室を勧められた。そもそも外国人が泊まれないならエクスペディアに登録するなよ。と思う。ドミトリーが無理ならキャンセルしますとエクスペディア側に伝えたところ、キャンセルはできないと言われた。そんなの、そっちの都合だろ！と強く言い続けてやっとフリーでキャンセルしますと言われたが、いい加減な対応だったので、できないのだろう。ホテルのスタッフも迷惑そうな顔をしていた。
キャンセルできるまでこのコメントは残します。残っている場合はそういうホテルということです。皆さんこのホテルには気をつけてください。

Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall.
The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...
「I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...
