"Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was large and multi cuisine. The rooftop lounge restaurant AER was stunning with incredible views. This was an oasis within the very noisy city of Mumbai. "

"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar."

"There are not eating places around the area that would be suitable for Western tourists. But the hotel cafateria is good wiyh great basic Indian meals. The area around the hotel is typical of working area of small shops and scooter repair shops. Best thig us hotel is very close to metro stations."

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy. 5. The breakfast options were limited. "

"Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family."
