Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. 「Sehr freundliches Team, wo Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Wir waren 19 Tage dorten und alles hat gepasst. Frühstück war sehr lecker und für den Preis pro Nacht kann man nicht meckern. Vor allem der Strand direkt neben dem Bungalow ist ein Traum. Super ruhig und traumhaft schön. Kann diese Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen :-) 」

「全体としてはまずまずよ良かった。 オールインクルーシブは楽で良いが結局ほとんど同じブッフェなのですぐに飽きる。 ワックスなのか洗剤なのかわからないが、部屋の床があまりにも滑りすぎて娘が2度転んだ。 プールのタオルがカード引換制でやや面倒。カードをなくすと3000ルピー弁償というのもやりすぎな気がする。」

「For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. 「Hotel rooms were dirty, wall stains, bath stains, balcony door rusted and staff didn’t remember know much. They were nice but nice doesn’t get the job done unfortunately. Ended up only staying for 1 night and ended up going to another hotel due to this 」

「Peaceful & relaxing with a beautiful beach & safe swimming. The Garden Villas were delightful & the staff genuinely friendly with good service standards. There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend.」
