Magisterial Cathedral of Saints Justo and Pastor

Very difficult to chat with the host, the place they gave us was not what they promised us or how it looked on the pictures. They gave our place to someone else, and sent us across the street. Sofa bed does not work, no AC on one of the rooms, if you come in the summer, you will not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around. The room is big and has many amenities. The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable. Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp. The bed is very hard.

Hotel Francisco is the best deal in Madrid. Perfectly located. Easy to find. Fantastic staff and a really nice bar. Breakfasts were very good. I will definitely stay there again.
