Colegio de San Ildefonso

Reception and restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and quiet. Pity though that the pool opened late as we had to catch our flight and be out of there by 830.

The hotel was great. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the top was beautiful. Thank you

Only few staff members were really helpful and courteous. Most of people tend to answer on a rude way when asking questions which is something we are not used to or experience in our home country.
