It was okay. Too far from punta cana airport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Luis at the front desk and Manager Dariel. From the moment we arrived, Luis greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredibly positive attitude that made us feel immediately welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Manager Dariel was equally outstanding. You can truly see his dedication to guest satisfaction and the high standards he sets for the resort. He took the time to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit and made us feel valued as guests. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Luis and Dariel that made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable vacation experience!
