"A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. On day 2 they claimed to have a repair man at the property but the A/C fan was still very weak. I had to leave the A/C in...

"The villa is very beautiful! The breakfast was very nice as the team of chefs coming in and cooked according to how you like it. We enjoyed the pool very much, had a lot of fun just relaxing in the pool and the villa. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The villa is a bit far from the city centre, but we have hired a driver to bring us to different places, therefore location wasn’t a big issue for us. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool."
