All guestrooms at Sibsan Luxury Hotel Rimping include comforts such as air conditioning and bathrobes, in addition to amenities like free WiFi and safes.

We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage. The water pressure was terrible. There was no Wi-Fi provided aside from the lobby and the dining area. My cellular network (AIS) was also bad in the room. In-room telephone did not work. Electronic safe did not work. The air conditioner was noisy. Closet lights remained on all the time.
There are dried-up fountains ponds along the walkway from the lobby to guest rooms that gave out an odor. Perfect for mosquitos breeding. The hotel ground needs work.
The only meal available during our stay was breakfast. It was of decent quality on the first day. But the following day, fresh tangerine juice was substituted by instant juice mix.
The staff is friendly and courteous. I know that they try to do their best given the business conditions and the lack of management.

The pool is not cleaned. There are fallen leaves in the pool making it unusable. Will not cone back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful though.

it was a crazy pretty hotel, but check in took too long.
it is indeed a very very calm and serene place.
considering the amount of money they charge, breakfast could be better. as a muslim I asked them to separate pork and chicken but they did not listen and as a result I ended up with very very little option for breakfast.
even after complaining this to the front desk and the restaurant manager it was not solved.
Resturant manager is not always there during the breakfast time.
overall a very nice experience and a very very pretty hotel ruined by crappy service.
Incredibly beautiful design, very open design. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and scheduled a taxi for me to go to the airport at 4AM. Because I was leaving so early they even packaged a to go breakfast for me in advance! A really nice touch I hadn't expected. Only downside was how far it was from Chiang Mai, so it wasn't super easy to go back and forth. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience though!
