Nice size room, good breakfast, nice pool area and beds, about 1.5km from old city. Rung at reception was very helpful, Ying and the team for breakfast was great. Cons included, lift never available, 1 lift only for approx 80 room and no service lift. Cleaning staff occupoed lift frequently causing delays Noise insulation was poor Allowing noise from corridor and neighbours toom.bath room

The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!

The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities.

Great find

Hotel was great and pool very well maintained. Easy scooter ride to centre, although bolt also cheap and fast. Enjoyed stay but would say although our bathroom cleaned daily, it would benefit from a deep clean. Would happily stay again.

The staff are very friendly: Jib and the rest of the front desk crew as well as the breakfast staff were amazing. The waffles are so good, wish I could have them on a daily. Housekeeping was very good and professional. These are the kindest humans I’ve ever met. So happy I got to stay there.

Beautiful Chiang Mai

Had a lovely stay in The Grand Napat. Not far outside the old city. Everywhere seemed to be around 80baht in a Grab. If it had been cooler lots of places were in walking distance. Only a 10min walk from Jing Jai market which had a really nice atmosphere and lots of nice restaurants and cafes

Comfortable living space. We stayed for 2 weeks and were satisfied. The breakfast is surprising good and consistent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. There is a pool and gym. A hidden oasis

I booked two different accomodations in Chiang Mai and this was the first. I was really surprised by size and airiness of the serviced apt (end unit) and the whole experience was as if I was in a high end hotel, albeit smaller scale. Great breakfast and a beautiful pool that I never used. The property is a little detached from old town but is walkable or easy with Grab or other transport.
