The room with private bathroom was a basement unit with tiny window to the street and noisy. No AC or mosquito screens in the windows, just a little fan to account to Madrid summer weather (?). Bathroom's floors stayed dump due to lack of AC. The poor lady that cleaned the hallways did a good job, but no amount if good will can top stingy owners. Not a single shelf, drawers, hangers to put clothes. The pictures look minimalist and great, but are deceiving. The lack of comfort in the room, on the other side, does encourage to get out and visit places.

Good Value, but Some Improvements Needed

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to many places for eating and drinking, with the metro just a 4-minute walk away. The internet connection was excellent. However, the bathroom space was extremely small. I have an average to small build, yet I felt very cramped in the shower—it was difficult to move my arms. There wasn’t even a single hook for hanging clothes. Additionally, no bottled water was provided, and there was a door that made an annoying sound every time it opened or closed. The towels were also of very low quality. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good, but addressing these small issues would be a great plus for the property.

Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail.

The room and bathroom are extremely small, please be aware that this is a sleep-only hotel with just a bed, small hanger closet and small bathroom, despite that it was very clean. The automated check-in process does not include any interaction with a human being, so be aware that you must complete an online process and will be assigned a PIN number to open the front door and the bedroom door.

No hay jabón en el lavamanos y hay una luz verde imposible de apagar que incomoda para dormir. Fuera de eso, es un buen lugar para nada más llegar a dormir; sirve para lo que es, ni más, ni menos.

Obwohl die Unterkunft versichert, dass 24/7 jemand erreichbar ist, habe ich den gesamten Aufenthalt über keine Rückmeldung auf mein Anliegen bekommen. Zudem habe Ich am Tag der Anreise eine Email erhalten, dass Ich noch 100€ mit einer Kreditkarte nachzahlen müsste, die nicht auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen waren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und die Betten sind ziemlich klein für zwei Personen. Es gibt bei den Betten für zwei nur eine Bettdecke, sowie pro Person nur ein Handtuch. Außerdem funktioniert ein Fenster nicht, es lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Dadurch kamen Insekten in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde außerdem während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen war es ausreichend aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist total in Ordnung.

Es un hotel sin personal asique hay que hacer el check-in online para recibir las llaves virtuales. La habitación estaba limpia pero la cama era pequeña para dos personas. Una sugerencia es poner purchas para colgar ya que no hay armario. Hay un dispensador de agua pero faltaba vasos plásticos. Queda wn un sitio tranquilo pero un poco lejos del centro.

El precio era demasiado barato . 24€ la noche 2 persona con baño privado. todo reformado , ni 1 gota de ruido , todo limpísimo , todo automático bien explicado . Mejor imposible , volveré a repetir si se me da la ocasión de buscar algo en madrid a este precio . He visto hoteles de 4 estrellas peores que este . Lo único malo y por decir algo … no había aire acondicionado y aún así está el detalle de que hay un ventilador en la habitación . Asi que no me puedo quejar en nada .

Para hospedagem rápida

O local é bem básico, mas muito limpo e esteticamente agradável. Porém, há ponto de melhoria que precisam ser citados: - O hotel não tem televisão, mesmo sendo quarto privativo. TV hoje em dia é algo básico e até hostel fornece tv em quarto privativo. Está certo que no anúncio não informa que possui tv, mas também não avisa que não tem. - Eles não entram em contato para oferecer o código da porta, nós que temos que entrar em contato com eles. O que se espera é que eles enviem o código com antecedência. - Eles anunciavam a categoria de quarto que escolhi com banheiro privativo, depois de alguns dias mudaram e minha categoria passou a ser com banheiro compartilhado. O banheiro era limpo, mas muito desagradável a situação. - Não tem ar condicionado e realmente eles indicam isso. Contudo, vale a pena investir um pouco nesses pequenos confortos para que tenham uma avaliação melhor dos hóspedes. Por fim, não sei se me hospedaria nesse hotel novamente, existem outros na região (é um excelente bairro), com valores semelhantes e serviços melhores, esse está mais para hostel do que hotel. Como fiquei fora o dia todo, deu para manter a hospedagem.

Mauvaise surprise

J’ai réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privée, en tout cas c’est ce qui m’était indiquée quand j’ai sélectionné la chambre. En arrivant sur place, j’ai eu une chambre sans salle de bain et on m’a informé que je n’avais pas de salle de bain privée dans la réservation, très mauvaise surprise, nous ne sommes pas restées à l’hôtel.

Mucho ruido

La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. Sin embargo era súper ruidosa, se escuchaba el flujo de clientes y ruidos desde otra habitaciones. El baño muy pequeño y al ser compartido es un problema si no se mantiene constantemente limpio y para eso habría que tener alguien siempre en las instalaciones. No fue el caso. Estuvo ok por una noche, pero no volvería.

Quarto e banheiro muito bons. Porem, passei 1 noite no hotel e tive a pior experiência. Eu e meu marido ficamos em um quarto que ficava no térreo. Um casal chegou no hotel meia noite batendo nas janelas e porta principal do hotel. Pediam para abrir a porta. Ficamos com medo e pedimos ajuda. Mandamos mensagem para a proprietária mas não responderam e nem ofereceram ajuda. Depois do ocorrido não dormimos mais. O casal ficou batendo nas janelas e portas durante muito tempo. O hotel não fez nada para solucionar.
