    You get what you pay for!

    Interesting neighborhood excellent location in the center of Gran Via. Clean safe, but small room. Downside was having to go next block over to register. Staff friendly & helpful.

    La habitación no estaba muy mal pero los baños olían mucho a las cañerías y cuando entrabas de la calle era insoportable el olor, y lo q no me gustó es q te cobren un suplento pq llegar tarde cuando ya estás pagando por una habitación q no estás usando hasta q llegas y encima te hagan pagar un suplemento, no creo q sea justo ese suplemento porque si nos ponemos a mirar entonces nos te dirán q descontar parte de la habitación ya q no lo has usado en todo el dia

    Too much noise. The street is busy and noisy all night and there are bin collections and pressure washing all through the night, with just a single glazed set of glass double doors to keep out the noise. It does not.

    Buena ubicación pero necesita reforma

    Habitación ruidosa y vieja, necesita una renovación. Aunque hacían la cama, la mitad de los días no barrian el suelo. El trato en recepción bastante correcto y amable. El único inconveniente las instalaciones.

    El baño pésimo la habitación muy pequeña pedí sabanas y no me dieron no hay recepcionista a quien expresarle las inconformidades tuve q buscar la llave de mi habitación en otra posada porq en esta no había recepcionista

    Ubicación bien, mejorar control de huéspedes

    Buena ubicación, cerca a sitios de interés, restaurantes y bares, la habitación un tanto pequeña, la limpieza normal el check-in lo realizas a la vuelta del hotel. Se filtraban discusiones fuertes y conversaciones desde las otras habitaciones y no había nadie en recepción a quien reportar durante la noche, solo el último día vimos a un encargado.

    anche se registrato al mattino, fino dopo le 15 non mi hanno consegnato le chiavi e non hanno un posto dove poter nel frattempo lasciare le valigie se non che in armadietti non gestiti d loro e a pagamento!! orribile la pulizia della camera all'arrivo era presente tanta polvere esistente da anni , "armadio" se così vogliamo chiamarlo, senza porte completamente scassato, senza ripiani e nemmeno una cassettiera, però c'erano 3 grucce!! e che dire del bagnetto? un lavandino che a malapena ci si può lavare le mani da quanto è piccolo, stare seduti sul water voleva dire sbattere le ginocchia sulla porta oltre alla scarsa manutenzione e pulizia. L'unico aspetto positivo è l'ottima posizione nel quartiere

    Habitaciones limpias y buena atención por parte del personal con el que he tratado personalmente. La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Madrid, muy cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos y el transporte público.

    Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel en Mai 2019. Les + : personnel très accueillant. Proximité à tous les lieux d’intérêts de la ville. L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier vivant & festif. On nous a remis des clefs permettant d'accéder à toute heure à l'hôtel. Les - : Manque d'insonorisation. La fenêtre se ferme à peine... J'ai un sommeil très lourd normalement pourtant je me suis reveillée 6 fois par nuit d'autant plus que le quartier est très vivant la nuit. La chambre est un peu petite la salle de bains aussi mais pour un jeune couple pendant 3 nuits ça le fait quand même.

    Good basic accommodations in great location

    Stayed here for 5 days and would gladly return. The room was basic but clean. Fairly small room but we just needed a place to sleep while exploring the city and enjoying Madrid’s nightlife. The location is the best part right in Chueca. What was even better was that you get your own set of three keys to access the building, the floor, and your room. If you are an independent traveler you will enjoy this aspect especially when returning from a night out and not having to wait on staff to open the building door for you, which is pretty typical for many hostals in Madrid. If this place is available and has the same great price I would book without hesitation.

    Habitación del pánico

    Instalaciones del hostal tercermundista, donde la relación calidad-precio es totalmente desproporcionada; la recepción está ubicada a unos 300 metros del hostal. En cuanto a la habitación: de dimensiones ridículas para alojar a dos personas; calefacción sólo manejable por los dueños del local y disponible únicamente durante las horas nocturnas; paredes muy sucias, especialmente la zona del cabecero de la cama; puertas muy sucias; falta de limpieza en general; armario de reducidas dimensiones con perchas viejas y rotas, y muy sucio su interior; lámpara de techo recubierta de polvo; cuarto de baño de dimensiones super-reducidas, provisto de bañera sin mampara y con una cortina de plástico muy poco higiénica; ventana muy vieja y no adaptada al clima extremo reinante en Madrid, por lo que no aisla del frío ni del ruido exterior

    Ottima posizione ma poca pulizia

    La scarsa pulizia (copriletto e coperte sporche/bagno poco pulito) è stata compensata dall'ottima posizione (a due passi da Gran Via, Malasaña, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Cibeles). Nonostante non sia presente una reception in struttura il personale a disposizione è disponibile ed efficente.
