Great hotel in a lovely area close to two different metro lines. The arrival and departure processes were really easy, staff were kind, and the room was very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The pull out couch was very easy to use and the room felt spacious and comfortable. The shower was fantastic! As was the communal kitchen where coffee and tea were offered. Would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and a quick walk over to Alma Nomad Fabrica for amazing croissants and pastries.

A bit to be excellent!

Everything was great, the location and the room too. The room needs a small fridge to be perfect. Highly recommend and of course I will be happy to go back again.

A bit of unsettling experience overall. I don't want to say anything too bad - they really did a pretty good job. It was clean - but not spotless (hair on the floor and on the bed), there were a lot of amenities - but some were not working (like a hairdryer), the staff was nice - but cleaning showed up 5 minutes before our checkout, and so on and so on. It looks like the owners did a good faith effort to make this a great hotel, but those little things is what really makes difference between the hotel you want to come back to and the one you won't. Separately, I want to point out that a free parking was available, which is definitely a plus comes in handy in Madrid.

Small, but clean and comfortable

Clean and modern. Easy self-checkin. Good communication by property. Convenient to metro. Common area kitchen is very convenient with fridge and microwave. It is smaller than standard hotel rooms — I had to turn sideways to reach my side of the bed — so I would recommend just for singles for short term stays.

The place is very nice, if you are looking for something clean, quet, with the good location and not too expensive. There is small kitchen with the coffee and tea maker, microwave and refrigerator which I found very convenient. They don't have a reception but the owner is always available and responds within the minutes. Also they have a storage lockers in the lobby, where you can store your luggage and the laundry room.

Good value for money, close to transport

A nice little bolthole about 30 mins from the city centre located quite nicely between a number of different metro stops. This sort of accommodation is best suited to the more independent traveller. This is not a traditional hotel, rather it’s more akin to upscale student accommodation - there are about 12 en-suite rooms leading into a shared basic kitchen space. There are no staff on site except cleaning staff during the early afternoon period post check out, but were quite nice and helpful when approached. We didn’t need to contact the off site management during our stay as we had no problems. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, if basic, and the whole space has been recently renovated. Bathroom fittings, windows, etc were all modern. The shared kitchen space has a communal fridge, two coffee pod machines and a sink. It was pretty well stocked with coffee pods and tea. We found it suited us very well but wasn’t exactly the more luxury experience which I would usually expect from a 4 star rating. Still, it was good value for money and we would stay again.

Recomendable 9/10 zona segura cerca del metro

La habitación se encuentra en un edificio totalmente remodelado, está todo nuevo. Es bastante cómoda, cuenta con una cama doble, blackout, un baño y ducha muy cómodos. Tiene un área común de cafetería, microondas, lavandería, tabla de aplanchado. Está ubicado en una calle residencial, hay muchos apartamentos alrededor y lugares para comer (recomiendo ir al restaurante Rulo es delicioso 100% comida local), es una zona segura y hay dos estaciones de metro cerca a unos 8-12 mins caminando. Nuestro único comentario no tan favorable es que el a/c no enfrió como debería, hacía calor por las noches y fuimos en verano por lo que se sentía aún más la falta de un buen a/c. Nuestro anfitrión muy amable respondió a nuestras consultas muy rápido. En general calificamos nuestra estancia con un 9/10. Lo recomiendo precio-calidad
