Convenient location , very helpful host and clean room and facilities. Air con worked perfectly as did Wi Fi.All in all very enjoyable!

The location was amazing, so close to everything I wanted to see, so many restaurants and such beautiful architecture everywhere. The apartment offered the used of a full modern kitchen and was very secure with an outside door key-fob lock, an apartment door key lock and a room door code lock. Check in time is fairly restricted since it isn’t a traditional hotel with a front desk, but the host was excellent with communication and showed me all the features and locks. And everything was very clean and comfortable. I will happily stay here again if I get the chance to return to Madrid.

Muy buena ubicacion, creo que esta perfecto si estas un par de dias en Madrid y no traes mucho equipaje porque no hay elevador, todo lo demas super bien.

Todo estuvo correcto respecto al alojamiento. Lo único negativo fue la experiencia en el check-in: aunque informé con anticipación un retraso de vuelo, (con anticipación de 12 horas), el cobro adicional y la insistencia inmediata en el pago al llegar me hicieron sentir poco bienvenida después de un viaje pesado. Llegué 8:20
