Our room and the hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. We especially loved the pool area for my two kids (ages 4 and 10) and loved that it had a shallow play area. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison American Center
front desk friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Two shades with pull chains--one worked, other chain appeared to be stuck. Also, water out of tap high pressure--I'll bet your water usage is much higher than other hotels.
