"This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top

The owner’s communication was excellent – they were incredibly helpful when we had trouble finding the place and provided tons of useful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment is about a 12-minute bus or car ride from downtown, located in

neighborhood. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable home base for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"A spacious first floor apartment. The sitting room and kitchen could benefit from some extra glazing to deaden traffic noise but we found if we shut the doors when we went to bed it didn't affect the bedrooms which were on the otherside of the apartment. The balcony also looks out on to the busy road. About a 10 minute walk to local supermarket and buses to take us close to the centre of Seville, either using the local bus or the hop on hop off bus.
