Once that was sorted out, all was very lovely. Quiet yet centrally located in the heart of the old city. Very walkable!"

"We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls,...

"Even though the apartment was perfect , the fact that it had no concierge and you really had to be a high tech person to get in was a major problem. If you don't have wifi you are screwed. "

"You could not base out of a better location. Keyless entry is very nice. The beds are great, location is surprisingly quiet. Everything historic is easy walk 10-20 minutes."

"Our apartment was close to almost every beautiful spots in Seville. Huge room, nice decorations. However, when we arrive the soaps in the toilet is not refilled. Gladly we have our own pocket size bath soaps. The noise at the bar early in the morning was a downside. Overall, it was a great stay for us."

The windows to our apartment were facing a courtyard which I m sure it is normally quiet BUT during our stay in April 2024, there was a construction happening that was starting at 7am every day and lasts the entire day.
