We were in room 321, but I noticed a mushroom growing in the carpet by the window. Staff may want to clean that area a little better.

「I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the property as well as the overall construction and decoration of the rooms. And I have to say one thing I notice is that the hotel smelled so good all throughout the interior which is something you hardly find」
「The staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick and simple. I loved that my room was only 10 steps from the elevator. I had a nice view of the beach and it was convenient to some very good Gulf Coast restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.」
「The room views were excellent and perfect with the surrounding businesses to not have to drive outside the hotel area to eat and shop. The boardwalk is a great asset to the areas as well. 」
「The room was fine. A couple of things in the room were broken, toilet tank cover was broken in two places, looked like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. Room was pretty clean except for the bathroom floor, hair like from the mop was was stuck to the floor. Outside areas were a bit dirty, laundry machines were under some stairs outside. Pool was nice. Our stay was good.」

Had my goddaughter's sweet 16 party here with the pool and the staff was amazing and I booked this hotel for her 13th birthday too and had the same experience the staff was amazing and most of the staff remembered us from her 1st party. Will be booking for her graduation party in 2028. But will be back sooner then that.」
