I was told the pet fee was included—no issues. Fast forward one day, suddenly I’m told dogs aren’t allowed, and I was slapped with a $300 cleaning fee. 「We went to Walmart at 10:40pm to buy sheets, pillows, and pillowcases because it was too late to find a new hotel. There wasn’t a surface in our room, including the bedding, the inner sheets, and the towels, that wasn’t covered in stains. The hotel is very outdated, but I never mind that in a hotel as long as it feels and looks clean. We were in shock at the stains on the comforter and the towels because it would have been impossible for the staff not to see them.」

「This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.」

「Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet.
