「Although I only stayed one night this was enough to understand that the owners really care for their property and this translates to the service given. They were polite and courteous and even remembered our names which is a nice touch.
The food we had for dinner and breakfast was also delicious. 」

イギリスの典型的古いホテルで、そういうのがお好きな方にはぴったりです。部屋のタイプは色々ありそうでしたが狭いツインを選択しました。快適で、テレビもWi-Fiもケトルもありました。バスタブは無かったけどお湯はたっぷり出たし水圧も満足できる強さでした。
ホテルのレストランはパブエリアとダイニングエリアに分かれていて、パブは地元のおじさん達で賑やか、その奥では静かにご飯が食べられました。そして味もとても良かったです。

「Very friendly host, dinner in their restaurant excellent. Can tell food is made from scratch. Lovely flavours, both the slow cooked beef brisket and the chicken curry.
Room was immaculately clean, nice thick towels and soft bedlinen.
I have managed branded and non-branded hotels so can tell when a room is clean. 」
