Wir waren jetzt bestimmt das 5. Mal in Travemünde und ich muß leider sagen, dass das Hotel in der Reinigung und Essen doch sehr nachgelassen hat. Wir waren 6 Tage dort und unser Zimmer wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt und dieses nur provisorisch. Ich stelle mir für den Preis da leider etwas anderes vor. Buffet hat auch nachgelassen, früher war mehr Auswahl und abends hat man das Buffet von heute auf morgen um 10 Euro erhöht ohne Vorankündigung. Leider sind die Getränke (Wasser und Hauswein) abends auch nicht mehr im Preis inbegriffen und auch sehr überteuert. Ich denke wir werden in Zukunft in eine Ferienwohnung gehen.

Einchecken und Auschecken war alles in Ordnung. Frühstücksbüfett war gut.Besonders angenehm haben wir es empfunden, daß es ab 14.00 bis 15.OO Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen gab, und zum Frühstück konnte man den Tag mit Sekt begrüßen,alles inklusive. Der Urlaub hat und gut gefallen, im Aja Hotel.

Schöner Mix aus Erholung, Sightseeing und Spa. Top Lage direkt an der Trave, sowie auch am Strand und der Promenade von Travemünde. Das Spa könnte gerne bis 22 Uhr geöffnet haben statt nur bis 21 Uhr.

Super Lage mit direktem Blick in den Hafen von unserem Zimmer aus. Es ist schon toll,wenn man auf dem Bett liegt und am Fenster fahren die Fähren,oder andere große Schiffe vorbei. Die Fähre zum Privall fährt direkt vorm Hotel ab. Es war eine wunderschöne Auszeit

Spa oplevelse i den nederst del af skalaen. Hotel uden sjæl eller hygge. Spaen ikke åbnet om morgen hvilket alle alle spaer normalt har for morgen badere. Total overbooket morgenbuffet med dårlig standard på maden.

- später Check-in war nach vorherigem Anruf problemlos - Erfüllung der optionalen Sonderwünsche zum Zimmer - kostenpflichtige PKW-Stellplätze immer verfügbar - sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot, teils moderate Warte- zeiten in der Rushhour - ein "Hingucker" war der autonom fahrende Roboter zur Verpflegung mit Getränken und Snacks auf dem Zimmer - Missverständnisse bei der Zimmerreinigung wurden sofort wunschgemäß geklärt/abgestellt - Kleinreparatur an der Dusche wurde noch am selben Tag erledigt - Innen- und Außenpool geräumig; Wassertemperatur bei Bewegung annehmbar; temporärer Barbetrieb - Sauna mit überwiegend stündlichen guten hand- gemachten Aufgüssen; Getränke (Zitronen-/Limetten- Wasser) zur freien Verfügung; kein Barbetrieb - Lage des Hotels für Liebhaber des Strandes und des Schiffsverkehrs auf der Trave hervorragend Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gern wieder!
