We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all amazing. Ask to go anywhere nearby or be picked up nearby is easy to arrange. All done with a gracious smile and a chat with the staff.
