「John's property was even better than described. It was clean, quiet and cute. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful time. The location was walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The welcoming and personal touches that John added (treats, eye masks for sleeping, wine, guides) made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely stay here when we are in town again. We highly recommend staying at John's place when you visit Lafayette. 」

「Our stay was wonderful. The location was very rural which made it very quiet and peaceful. The view from the screened area in the rear of the river was relaxing (and bug free). Glasses and plates were plentiful. Short on eating utensils. Just grab some plastic with a carryout meals. The pictures of the inside and outside was exact. Very clean and well maintained. 「Great Location!What a great location to escape to after a day in New Orleans. Large, private fenced-in yard (perfect if you have a dog) nice covered patio to relax on and feel those warm Gulf breezes….with a cocktail, of course. Host was available and responsive if needed. 」

「This was an excellent stay. The decor was amazing with a lot of culture in it. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Easy area to park. The Host was amazing. The rooms downstairs do connect with each other along with the living room and kitchen but that was no issue for us. The back patio was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit.」
