"Decent location for the price. Bare bones amenities- no in room coffee/tea, no microwave, only one side of the king bed had a bedside table and lamp. The towels were changed daily but we were 3 people and we only got 2 of everything. We wanted a comfortable place at a good price, which we got. Close enough to the subway for us, we don’t mind walking. It was just a place to sleep for our 4 night NYC exploration, it did the job."

"Area around hotel is noisy and dirty. Hotel is slightly below ok. Lots of pot smell in hallways and garbage on floors. Shuttle absolutely awful. Why advertise a free airport shuttle and then have to wait an hour?? Shuttle was gross. Dirty, stunk. Would not stay here again. Overpriced and needs to be redone and actually have people who want to work."

"The website said the rooms would be cleaned every two days. That wasn’t the case. Also they say that when you request the room to clean you would get it done …sadly that wasn’t the case. Maid service was slow and place was untidy Plus they gave us the wrong room, we booked a king room and got a double.Was a major inconvenience for us … but we ended up keeping it as we didn’t want to change rooms as we had already settled and would’ve gotten to change the rooms the next day and we were very busy."
