"I’m certain for the money I could have booked somewhere a bit cleaner, a bit quieter and with a speedier elevator. Weird breakfast set up with a Starbucks that is not a Starbucks. Weird ‘here’s some vouchers for bottles of water’ situation. Comfy beds though. "

"The rooms had a bad smell. They were dirty and need an upgrade for sure. The pictures look nothing like real life. We checked in got to the room and left. They charged us for that night but we were not staying there! We ended up at the M Social Hotel and it was amazing. "

"The staff especially were all great - friendly and helpful. My son and I were upgraded to a suite when we checked in late on Saturday night!!! I was also allowed to park my car on Saturday before check in, so we could meet family and go into the city first. The suite was roomy, had a small fridge and a coffee maker; beds were very comfy!! Breakfast Sunday was included and was tasty. Very satisfied with this Holiday Inn Express!! Thank you!"

"-Room was clean for the most part. Nothing out of the ordinary -Breakfast simple enough. Had the basics with some Asian fare. Lots of bread/pastries. Good enough to start your day. -Location good. Close to lots of restaurants, the MTA, and the Q90 bus -Staff accommodating for when I had to reschedule my flight and talked with them about leaving my key and checking out over the phone -Walls are really thin. Had trouble sleeping since I could hear neighbors next to me. I don't know if there is a set time for quiet hours but that probably could be enforced. -Wi-fi was very weak in the part of the building I was in"
